What is Fixed Price Level Servicing?
With Fixed Price Level Servicing you pay a fixed price for the service you require. And when we say "fixed price" we really mean it. The price includes consumables, materials, labour and lubricants. However, if additional work is required this will be charged accordingly.
It costs nothing to register but all we ask is that your car is 3 years old or over.
And remember, at Trident we only use genuine Honda parts and all our technicians are Honda factory-trained.

Level 1 Service
The following features come as standard on Level 1 service :
- Inspect interior & exterior for damage, etc
- Fit car protection kit
- Check operation of all lights
- Check condition of wiper blades
- Test screen wash operation, adjust / top up
- Visually inspect cooling system for leaks & test antifreeze strength
- Inspect condition of Alternator & PAS belts
- Inspect brake fluid levels
- Top up battery level
- Top up power steering fluid
- Fit new oil filter
- Drain & refill oil
- Visually inspect front brake pads
- Torque wheel nuts to correct setting
- Inspect tyres & set tyre pressures
- Carry out corrosion inspection
Level 2 Service
In addition to Level 1, Level 2 service includes:
- Assess brake performance & overall performance of steering & suspension
- Check for abnormal noises on road test
- Check operation of heating system
- Check operation & condition of seat belts
- Check operation of air conditioning
- Wash & Leather
- Provide defect report
- Inspect brake hoses & pipes
- Inspect suspension mounting
- Inspect shock absorbers
- Inspect drive shafts, joints & gaiters
- Inspect track rod ends
- Examine condition of exhausts & hangers
- Refit road wheels (rotate tyres if required)
- Assess engine performance & oil levels
- Check clutch for free play
- Check gear shift quality / auto gearbox operation
- Check steering for stability, pull or wonder
- Check operation of instruments
- Fit new air filter
Level 3 Service
In addition to Level 2, Level 3 service includes:
- Carry out diagnostic tune & reports
- Replace sparks plugs (excluding platinum plugs, 4 cylinder engines only)
- Check horn operation
- Check heated rear screen
- Lubricate all doors, locks & hinges
- Check electric equipment fitted: central locking, windows, mirrors, sunroof
- Pressure test cooling system
- Lubricate linkages & cables
- Adjust handbrake
- Check prop shaft & universal joints
- Inspect fuel tank for leaks
- Examine steering rack for play & oil leaks
- Check power steering hoses / pumps for leaks
- Inspect brake linings, front & rear
Level 4 Service
In addition to Level 3, Level 4 service includes:
- Check wheel bearings & ball joints
- Top up gearbox oil
- Lubricate brake back plates, slide points & handbrake levers
- Check & adjust tappets
- Ensure calliper operation is normal
- Top up differential level
- Replace fuel filter
- Replace brake fluid
- Inspect interior & exterior for damage, etc
