About RSS

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is used to publish frequently updated content such as news. Users of RSS content use software programs called feed readers or feed aggregators, the user subscribes to a feed by entering a link to the feed into the reader program. The reader can then check the user's subscribed feeds to see if any of those feeds have new content since the last time it checked, and if so, retrieve that content and present it to the user.

Alternatively, a modern browser such as Mozilla Firefox has a built-in RSS reader capable of reading RSS feeds or Live Bookmarks. Internet Explorer (version 7 and above) also support RSS feeds. If your browser does support RSS Feeds, then when you view a page, that includes an RSS Feed, your browser will display an orange symbol to the right of its address bar. Clicking on the symbol enables you to quickly subscribe to that feed.
