The business has had a major change since taking over the work previously done at Weybridge, while I am sure there are loads of people peddling like mad behind the scenes trying to make it work, the only real outward sign to me is the need to make appointments well in advance. I have always been treated by the reception staff with the utmost courtsey and the quality of the work done to my cars over the past 10+ years has been first class. This has both made me stay with Honda (OK both my cars are quite old now) and recomment both the marque and the specific garage to driends and relations. I could not be more pleased with the experience.
