Although the car was only in for an inspection to identify an unusual noise and slight 'knocking', the engineer carried out a thorough check and explained the possible problem. He rectified one of the problems and explained exactly what might still be happening with the knocking and suggested the actions we should consider taking in the future. He assured us that there was no danger in driving the car. This was very helpful and re-assuring.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and dealt with us in a very efficient and pleasant manner.

As usual the customer service is first class. The closure of Weybridge worried me but I should not have been. The Ottershaw premises are easy to get to and excellent. Thanks.
