Weybridge Site Merger Update

Friday, 26 June 2015 at 12.00AM

It is almost three months into our Site Merger and our ex-Weybridge staff have settled into Ottershaw really well.

Our commercial director and dealer principal, Steve Henderson, writes:

We have been overwhelmed by the support of our Weybridge customers, with the result that we currently have a slightly longer lead time than we would want. We are working very hard to reduce our current lead time and have recruited two additional technicians and are looking to recruit still more.

Steve Henderson continues:

We have also invested in new dealership systems to improve our customer communications, including a vehicle job progress web portal, improved emails and text messaging, and even technician videos for additional work required. We are working to fully introduce all these new features over the coming weeks.

Lastly a sincere thank you to all of our customers for their support over these very formative three months for Trident.

Weybridge customers should have received a letter a week or so back, but we are sorry to say that Service-only customers were inadvertently missed off. Further letters have now been sent and will be arriving with customers over the following week.

Our Ottershaw site, on the other hand, is larger, in a less built-up location, and enjoys much greater capacity and ease of access. It also operates a petrol forecourt and is well located on the A320, very close to the M25, and less than 4 miles from Weybridge Town Centre.

We have therefore decided to merge all our operations onto the Ottershaw site.
