This was a repair to my CRV following a no fault crash from a third party. Chris Monk couldn't have been more helpful in giving initial advice in dealing with the insurance and car hire companies. Chris managed the whole process of the repair to my satisfaction with timing to fit in with my holiday plans, keeping me informed throughout on progress. Even when there was a minor hiccup at the end, he couldn't have been more helpful to get it resolved. The best part of the process was having a single point of contact to deal with, who obviously knows his stuff which was reassuring when you've experienced an accident.
